RESERVATION POLICIES:

After the initial video chat intake forms and invoice will be sent over for Zoom/Skype sessions. Please organise a (non refundable) £120 deposit to secure the booking and complete the rest of the payment 1 week before the actual session. 

CHECK-IN:

Please arrive 15 minutes early for face to face session. For Skype and Zoom ensure that you have tested those applications before and will have 3 hours of total quiet for the first session.

postponement policies:

A 72 hours notice is required for any postponement without which the full amount of money will be forfeited. 

Cancellation Policies:

Bookings are neither transferable or refundable.  

FACILITIES:

I hire conference rooms with glass walls and a couch (like the one picture on the website) which provides privacy to the client whilst staying visible to buildings coworkers.
